WRITER BIO: My name is J.D. Elliby, I’m a Major League Baseball Scout, and I enjoy writing gritty female-centered dramas that can take place on a baseball diamond in Dallas or on a space station drifting through the farthest reaches of the galaxy. I have a feature and a pilot that are 2nd Rounders in Austin. My hour-long sports drama (The Kingmaker) landed as a Shore Scripts Top Ten Finalist and is currently in the Top 1% of all Dramas on Coverfly.
