Crystal Portillo is a Chicago based makeup artist specializing in prosthetic design, application and fabrication. She has been working in the industry for the past 20 years and enjoys being hands-on in the process from script to screen. She currently runs a full service makeup effects studio and creative lab with a crew of talented artists.
